Common Questions

The extension isn't boosting my audio

Make sure the "Enhance" button is blue/active. Try clicking it off and on. If the issue persists, refresh the page and re-enable. Hearably works with all websites including YouTube, Netflix, and Spotify.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through Stripe's customer portal. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll send you a direct link to manage or cancel your plan.

I was charged but don't have Pro access

Sign out and sign back in to the extension. If the issue persists, email us at [email protected] with the email you used during checkout — we'll fix it immediately.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. The €1 trial fee is non-refundable. Contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.

Does Hearably work on Edge / Brave?

Yes. Hearably works on all Chromium-based browsers including Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Opera.
